The Face-Turning Octahedron (or FTO for short) is an octahedral twisty puzzle in a similar vein to the 3x3x3 Rubik’s Cube. It has eight triangular faces, each of which can turn either clockwise or counterclockwise. The layers are structured such that the cuts intersect at the middles of the faces, forming a face pattern identical to that of the Pyraminx. However, it solves much differently, and provides a unique experience that lends itself to be very fun!
